We require a mature, driven and energetic consultant to join our company and help us continue to deliver; outstanding quality of service, innate professionalism, courageous client feedback and all of it done with a sense of style, humour and panache.

This is an incredible opportunity for someone with a natural coaching/mentoring ethic and who exhibits exceptional people skills to join Europe’s longest running Human Performance Management Company.  You will be immaculate in your appearance and have a compelling and inspirational presentation style, you possess the ability to think quickly and architect an environment where people feel safe to learn.

The management of TSA is effective, energetic, bold and courageous so feedback will be a regular feature of your interactions with our senior people and you will be encouraged to be as equally candid in your interactions with us and your peers; there is no “them and us” culture in TSA Europe.  Drive, determination and creativity will be rewarded with greater responsibility and the benefits that it entails.
