Since our foundation in 2000, we have built our business around the people who matter most to us – you, our clients. We have listened hard, designed new services and changed existing ones based on client feedback and the movement of the markets. We have watched closely as our clients own markets ebb and flow and we have stood side by side with them as they have experienced their own ups and downs in many cases operating a gain share model where their successes are also our successes. Over ten years this focus and commitment has allowed us to become one the longest running human performance management companies in the UK, with offices in Scotland, The Midlands and London.
Over the past ten years we have watched our clients become more and more successful globally. Mergers, acquisitions and new markets entrants all contribute to a barrage of change that puts increasing pressure on the leadership, H.R. and operations. As well as this, whilst Europe is only 35 minutes away, the cultural and legal differences in the Human Performance Management of our neighbors mean that they may as well be on Mars. To assist our clients in European transition we have extended our reach by operating internationally in Eire, The Nordics, Benelux, Germany, France, Spain, Italy and Romania.
To support our worldwide clients, last year we opened our associate offices in Boston and San Francisco and we are currently supporting the growth of one of our clients with a new location in the Asia Pacific region in Singapore.
This reach and geographical coverage is of course fantastic but what about the people we employ in these regions? Of course you need to know that the people we employ know what they are talking about. That’s why we ensure that all of our consultants (over 30 of them at the present time) have extensive experience in their Human Performance Management specialisation and in the geographical region they cover.
TSA Europe have been formally recognised too. Last year two of our largest clients presented us with awards for outstanding service delivery and “Most Highly Rated” in an organisation development setting. We are recognized not only for what we do, but for the quality of how we do it. We are also corporate members of ISPI, so our consultants follow the stringent code of practice defined by this governing body.
