We require a mature, driven and energetic consultant to join our company and help us continue to deliver; outstanding quality of service, innate professionalism, courageous client feedback and all of it done with a sense of style, humour and panache.

This is an incredible opportunity for someone with a natural coaching/mentoring ethic and who exhibits exceptional people skills to join Europe’s longest running Human Performance Management Company.  You will be immaculate in your appearance and have a compelling and inspirational presentation style, you possess the ability to think quickly and architect an environment where people feel safe to learn.

Make no mistake, the role is demanding, challenging and exciting, you will work with a wide variety of our clients, some here in the UK but most international.  You will be expected to deliver a high energy, impactful workshop even after a long day and the inevitable delays of international travel.

You will be delivering workshops to a variety of people, from different countries and at all levels of seniority ranging from sales people through to senior executives.  To help you do this effectively you must possess a deep empathic understanding of structures and cultures.

TSA Europe has an embedded corporate ethic of personal development and on-going skills enhancement, so we will provide you with an environment where learning is not only provided but positively encouraged and financially supported.  You will learn from us leading edge instructional design techniques, some of the most advanced non-verbal communication skills in Europe and 21st Century sales and development methodologies.

The management of TSA is effective, energetic, bold and courageous so feedback will be a regular feature of your interactions with our senior people and you will be encouraged to be as equally candid in your interactions with us and your peers; there is no “them and us” culture in TSA Europe.  Drive, determination and creativity will be rewarded with greater responsibility and the benefits that it entails.
